perfect base for exploring hong kong's vibrant streets and parks

the hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent proximity to landmarks like Hong Kong Park and the Central-Mid-Levels Escalators, perfect for my weekend strolls, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay incredibly comfortable and easy to navigate around the city.

Staying at the Mercer was a cozy experience filled with vibrant city energy. The staff were like familiar faces, always cheerful, making our anniversary feel special despite minor hiccups.

The hotel felt a bit tired, and we missed having breakfast options available on-site, which diminished our mornings a bit. The room lacked some kitchen accessories, limiting our dining flexibility.

We had a lovely stay with our kids in a great location. Exploring Sheung Wan was a breeze, with tons of shops and eateries nearby. The staff were incredibly attentive, even arranging a sweet surprise for my kids that made their day extra special.

My kids wished for better soundproofing to reduce street noise.
